The doors are mere suggestions and
Locks can be breached quite easily
Borders are just lines on a map and
Boundaries, well, those are simply
Unspoken agreements which can be
Renegotiated at any time. So
Privacy, such as it is, stops
The moment you open your mouth
To speak a word, for you
Cannot trust that which happens
Beyond the parameters of your
Body. A secret only exists
So long as it remains
Unshared as once it becomes
Known to one it will not rest
Until it is known to all. This
World we have created needs
Data to survive and we only have
Language because our ancestors
Craved gossip. It isn't paranoia
It is the price of being human.
